Tim joined Portnoy CPA in 2003. Tim graduated from the University of Alabama in 1986. As a Senior Accountant, Tim focuses on all aspects of accounting, tax planning and preparation for individuals, businesses, trusts and estates. Tim also has extensive audit experience with many types of organizations. When Tim is out of the office he enjoys spending quality time with family, especially his grandson. Tim is a 30 year veteran of donating to Oneblood, formerly The Blood Alliance. In September 2015, Tim became the 10th person in Jacksonville to donate over 100 gallons of blood since 2011.
